The Heartland Continuum of Care (HCoC) and community partners worked with consulting groups Homebase and LathanHarris, Inc. to develop a community-wide strategic to address homelessness in Springfield and Sangamon County. We hope you will join us in the collaborative work needed to implement the plan and reach functional zero by 2028.
